Common questions

• Restart: Open Pause and choose Restart to try the current level again.
• Chapters: Return Home, then open Chapters to choose another island or chapter.
• Sound settings: Open Settings and check Sound and Music. Also check that the device is not muted.
• Restore Purchases: Open the in-game purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases where available. Apple verifies and processes eligible purchases through the Apple account used for purchase.
• Billing and refunds: Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Please use Apple’s account and purchase support process for those requests; we cannot issue an Apple refund ourselves.
